Team Accounts are a proprietary system of sub-accounts within Rho. Team Accounts are built to budget and track spending for every division of your company. The goal is to give your finance team hours of their day back.
Can you give me an example of how it works?
For instance, if a business would like to set a budget of $100,000 for advertising expenditures, they can create a Team Account called "Advertising." Then, a manager can transfer $100,000 into it, and distribute that budget to members of the marketing team. Managers can distribute budgets by issuing employees TeamCards, Rho's next generation corporate card. TeamCards can be directly linked to pull from Team Accounts. As team members spend money, the manager can see the impact on the team's budget immediately.
