Spending made smarter

Eliminate annoying banking fees, earn yield on your cash, and operate more efficiently with Rho.

Today, we’re excited to announce that Rho now integrates with Campfire, the modern accounting platform for startups and mid-size tech companies.

We started Rho to make finance frictionless for organizations, and one of the biggest points of friction that finance teams face is the speed at which they can complete transaction reconciliation as part of their close process.

Rho solves this problem by connecting our platform to our customers’ accounting software, syncing Rho Card transaction data in real time without requiring manual data entry. This is a massive benefit for finance teams tasked with supporting growth, as they can spend significantly fewer hours on bookkeeping and more time on strategic finance.

What is Campfire?

Campfire is an accounting platform that bills itself as the modern version of NetSuite. We first heard about Campfire when it was announced as a member of the S23 class of Y Combinator, and we knew we would want to partner with it, given our shared values.

Co-founder and CEO John Glasgow was previously an executive at a Series C tech company. After that company was acquired, he launched Campfire to solve the frustration that he experienced first-hand with his finance team when they began to scale beyond what their small business accounting software or legacy ERP was able to support.

One product the platform offers is Core Accounting, a general ledger with advanced financial reporting, multi-entity accounting and currency support. The idea is that Campfire integrates with the rest of your financial stack, supporting real-time data sharing that enables a faster close and eliminates the need for manual data entry.

Rho & Campfire: A shared vision of modern finance

Two critical data points that impact the speed of your close are business banking and corporate credit card transactions. To support accurate financial reporting and statement generation, accounting teams must ensure transactions match their general ledger, which can be a manually intensive process.

With Rho, customers enjoy the benefit of managing all corporate credit card and banking transactions in one platform and experience a faster closing process thanks to our suite of native accounting integrations.

With today’s news, Rho customers who run on Campfire can now send all Rho’s transactions to their general ledger in seconds. That means finance teams can spend more time on what really matters to the business - strategy - and less time on bookkeeping.

How to connect Rho with Campfire

Activating the Rho Campfire integration is as seamless as connecting our financial automation platform to our other supported integrations.

From the Campfire settings page, enter your Rho credentials to integrate the two products and begin syncing Rho transaction data onto your Campfire general ledger and financial reports.

If, at any point, a customer needs help, a dedicated Rho Client Service team member will guide them through the integration setup.
