Manage spend anywhere
The Rho App makes managing your Rho Cards and expenses a breeze. In the app, you can:
Access cards
View card details, add cards to your mobile wallet, lock and unlock cards, and track spend in real-time.
Submit expenses
Attach receipts or invoices on-the-go using your camera or a screenshot.
Deposit checks
Admins and account owners can now deposit checks from anywhere.
Approve transfers
Approvers can review and action any pending banking transfers.
Less friction, for everyone
The life of an expense extends far past the card swipe, and simplifying an employee’s experience at the point of purchase ultimately makes finance teams’ lives easier.
With instant receipt capture, for example, controllers and finance leaders don’t have to worry about chasing employees at month-end. In fact, Rho recently surveyed 550 US employees about their own expense management experiences, and nearly a quarter (23%) of respondents said that lost receipts is their biggest expenses pain point.
