We’ve expanded support for Accounting to the mobile app, allowing users with the appropriate permissions to view and edit accounting details within transactions. The Accounting section is accessible in the transaction drawer, but only for businesses with Accounting Integrations enabled.
How It Works
When you open a transaction drawer in the mobile app, if your business has Accounting Integrations enabled, you'll see an Accounting section. Depending on your permissions, you can view or edit relevant details from there.
Using the Mobile Accounting feature, you can:
- View and modify accounting details for Banking transfers, Expenses, and Reimbursements
- View accounting details for AP Bills pending approval, in the Approvals tab
- Access and update accounting details for split transactions, with each split having its own Accounting section

What’s Not Included
- Transaction Syncing: Sync status and transaction syncing are not available on Mobile. Visit How to Sync Rho Transactions with your Accounting Software to learn more.
- Mapping Rules: Setting up Mapping Rules is only available on the Web via Accounting > Mapping Rules. Find more info on Mapping Rules in this guide: How to Create Mapping Rules in Rho.
- Accounting Settings: Only accessible via the Web at Accounting > Settings.
