- Client Referrals
The Partner Portal allows accounting firms to easily refer their clients to Rho. Simply send an invitation to your client, and once accepted, the client will have access to Rho’s full suite of financial tools. - Application Status Visibility
Stay updated on your referred clients' application progress. You can monitor key stages of their onboarding, so there’s no need to check in with clients directly. The status dashboard provides real-time updates, saving you time and effort. - User Access Management
As a Partner Manager, you can manage which of your team members (accountants) have access to each of your clients' Rho accounts. You’ll be able to add or remove team members from specific client businesses, ensuring the right people have access without needing to ask the client to grant or remove permissions. - Support and Resources
Access a robust Help Hub directly within the portal to connect with support when needed. Whether you need to troubleshoot an issue for a client or find onboarding materials, the Partner Portal provides resources to help you support your clients effectively. - Security and Compliance
We take security seriously. All Partner Portal users are required to use two-factor authentication (2FA) to access the system. This ensures that both your firm and your clients’ sensitive data are protected at all times.
Important Note
Client Limitations: Account owners and Admins are not able to change permissions or remove users added by the accounting firm. This ensures that only authorized personnel from the accounting firm can manage access and permissions, maintaining a secure and controlled environment.
- If the client wishes to remove the partner from their account, the account owner or admin must revoke the connection entirely. This action will remove all users added by the partner from the client's account. Please check out our Guide for Account Owners: Accepting Your Rho Partner Portal for more information.
How it Works
- Manage Your Team: As a Partner Manager, control who in your firm has access to each client’s account, ensuring the right level of permissions.
- Navigate to your Partner Portal, Select Team, Complete the flow to invite your team members. Learn more about the difference between Partner Manager and Partner User roles here.
- You will be able to resend
- Invite Your Clients: Once you have add your team members, you can invite your clients to connect their business with Rho through a simple email invitation.
- Invitations expire after 14 days, users can revoke a pending invitation at any time
- Monitor Application Progress: Track your clients' onboarding with Rho, so you're always in the loop without needing to ask them for updates.
- You will be able to see in the Invitation tab if an invitation is
- Accepted,
- Rejected,
- Pending or
- Expired.
- You will be able to see in the Connected Business tab a status of
- Pending: Business application has been started, connection accepted but not submitted
- Pending Review: Business Application is in review with Rho team
- Active: Business Account is open and Portal Users have been added (if applicable)
- Revoked: Connection to Business Account has been revoked and all users added via Portal have been removed

Getting Started
To get started with the Partner Portal, you’ll receive an invitation from Rho once your firm is registered as a partner. From there, you can set up your team and begin referring clients to Rho right away.
